19 August, Kathmandu. The Ministry of Water Resources has said that China will continue to exchange monitoring information on emergency hydrology with Nepal to assist in rescue and disaster relief work.
The Chinese Embassy has informed that it will also include information about the barriers created in the river and the risks that may arise from the glaciers.
China's meteorological authorities have been providing weather monitoring, weather forecasting, early warning and impact related services to Nepal after a severe landslide occurred at the Kerung-Rasuwa border crossing of China-Nepal.
After the disaster, China's Meteorological Administration immediately held a weather consultation with Nepal's Meteorological Department through video.
