Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal has decided to expel 21 people's representatives and workers from the party, including four members of the provincial assembly of Lumbini province, for their activities against the party's policies, principles, statutes and decisions.

The meeting of the Central Executive Committee held at Balkumari in Lalitpur from 16th to 18th August has decided to expel them from being ordinary members of the party.

Santhosh Kumar Pandey elected from Rupandehi-3 (1), Hema Velwase (KC) from the proportional side, Bhandarilal Ahir elected from Banke-2 (1) and Adesh Kumar Agrawal elected from Banke-2 (2) were punished for acting against the party's policy, principles, statutes, decisions and instructions during the House of Representatives Election 2082 and for participating in the government by voting in favor of the Lumbini state government.

Similarly, the meeting has decided to expel the local level people's representatives and provincial assembly members of Sirha, Parsa, Khotang, Bhojpur, Udaipur, Ilam and Sunsari from party membership for doing activities contrary to the decision of the party.

21 lakh for the flood victims

The meeting paid tribute to the citizens of the country and abroad who lost their lives in the flood that occurred in Bhotekoshi of Rasuwagadi on 10th August and expressed condolences to the bereaved families.

Jaspa has requested the government to play an effective role in the relief, rescue and management of the flood victims while wishing for the speedy recovery of the injured. It has also decided to provide 21 lakh rupees to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund for the purpose of relief and rescue.

The meeting unanimously passed the political report entitled "Current Political Situation of Nepal and JSP, Strategic Direction of Nepal".

Similarly, it has been decided to organize the meeting of the Central Committee of Jaspa on October 13, 14 and 15 in Kathmandu.

Support the vanguard front

Jaspa has unanimously welcomed and supported the formation of Avragami Morcha. The meeting also decided that all ranks of the party should actively participate in making the program announced by the front effective.

In order to strengthen the organization and worker orientation, it has been decided to organize a meeting and training for district level leaders on August 21 in West Nawalparasi, August 22 in Rupandehi and August 23 in Kapilvastu and Dang.
