Birgunj. The police have arrested two people with ganja and brown sugar from different places in Parsa.
70-year-old Dukhi Mahato of Patervasugauli Rural Municipality-4 Bhathora has been arrested with 18 kg 400 grams of cannabis from his house, while an Indian citizen has been arrested from Parwanipur-21 Birgunj Metropolitan Municipality.
According to the District Police Office, the police team on regular patrol arrested them on Thursday. The accused have been kept in police custody.
