Shangrila Motors Pvt Ltd, the official distributor of Lipmotor in Nepal, has started using alternative channel for import of Lipmotor B10. B10 vehicles which were being imported through Rasuwagadhi crossing, the company has started to enter Nepal through Korla (Mustang) crossing after the roads and traffic were affected due to the sudden flood in Rasuwa area.

According to the company, the vehicle transportation and customs process has been speeded up by using the Korla border. Along with this, the company is preparing to hand over the vehicle to the customers who have booked B10 soon.

According to the company, an alternative route has been chosen to facilitate the supply of Lipmotor B10 due to high customer attraction and large number of bookings. The company said that the B10 received enthusiastic response from customers at the Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) Mobility Expo and NADA Auto Show.

With the price reduction after the budget, B10 has become more popular in the Nepalese electric vehicle market. According to the company, the price of B10 has been fixed at Rs 54 lakh 99 thousand.

The B10 is powered by a 160kW rear wheel drive (RWD) motor and a 67.1kWh battery. The company claims that it will give a range of up to 600 km (CLTC) on a single charge.

The ride comes with 180mm ground clearance, 14.6-inch 2.5K HD touchscreen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, 360-degree camera with recording facility and premium leatherette seats. According to the company, the seats also have heating and ventilation facilities.

Similarly, the company says that the B10 also has a large panoramic sunroof and sunshade available in its segment.
